Tenant Fees – Stoke-on-Trent

When you apply for a property through us there will be fees payable upon application. Please see the below fee scales which will help you to understand these fees and when you will need to pay them. All Fees are inclusive of VAT at the current rate.

Please note that we are members of The Property Ombudsman (Independent Redress Scheme) and we are not covered by Client Money Protection (CMP).

  • Application Fee: £72 per applicant
  • Guarantor: £72 Per Guarantor
  • Admin Fee: £60
  • Refund of Overpayment: £0
  • Non-cancellation of Standing Order: £25
  • Unpaid Rent: Interest at 6% above Bank of England base rate from due date
  • Amendment Fee: £65
  • Renewal Fee: £90 for 6 months. £150 for 12 months. A fee will be chargeable upon request to extend the tenancy by another fixed term, the fee will include negotiating with the Landlord and preparing a new tenancy agreement to reflect the new term
  • Check-out Fee: £72
  • Security Deposit: With Guarantor Month and a half Rent. With no Guarantor 3 Months’ Rent
