Landlord Fees – Stafford

Here is a list of all of our fees and charges for Landlords.

For a full breakdown of what is included in the different levels of service listed below please call us and ask us for our Landlord Pack. All Fees listed are inclusive of VAT.

Please note that we are members of both The Property Ombudsman (Independent Redress Scheme) and we are not covered by Client Money Protection (CMP)

  • Tenant Find Only: N/A
  • Rent Collection: N/A
  • Fully Managed: 10% or 12% of the monthly rent
  • Annual Tenancy Deposit Registration Fee: £43 + VAT when the tenant moves in
  • Inventory Fee: £85 on 10% and included on 12%
  • Submission of non-resident landlord’s receipt to HMRC: £0
  • Remit annual financial return to HMRC: £0
  • Annual Rent Review:
  • Obtaining estimates & supervision of major works over £1000: Included
  • Obtaining more than two contractors quotes: Included
  • Rent Review/Renewal Fee: £145 + VAT in 10% option
  • Checkout Fee (Landlord’s Share): £85 + VAT for 10% landlords included on 12%
  • Court Attendance: Included
  • Issuing Section Notices: £125 + VAT on 10% option

If paying by Debit Card there will be an additional charge of £0. If paying by Credit Card there will be an additional charge of 4% of the total value of the transaction.
